Terms of Use

Sfizo is a free household dinner planner. You plan dinners on a weekly calendar and Sfizo builds a grouped grocery list from them.

You need an account to use the app. Keep your password safe. If you think your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us using this form. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

A household can have up to two adults with equal access to shared recipes, plans, and lists. Anything one member changes is visible to the other.

Recipes and other content you add stay yours. You give us permission only to store and display them to you and your household so the app can work.

You are responsible for what you add. Do not add content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

Sfizo can import a recipe from a web page you choose. It reads structured recipe data from that page and never invents fields. You are responsible for having the right to save and use what you import, and for respecting the source's own terms.

Sfizo's own recipe writeups and original content are ours. You are welcome to link to Sfizo and to share a single recipe photo, as long as you credit Sfizo and link back to it. Please do not republish a recipe's full text, post several photos from Sfizo at once, or syndicate our content.

Many catalog photos are licensed from third parties (see the Image credits page). Reusing those follows each image's own licence, not this policy.

Recipes you create in Sfizo belong to you. This policy covers Sfizo's own content, not the recipes you add.

Recipes, cook times, and any dietary or allergen labels in Sfizo are for planning convenience only. They are not medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Always check ingredients and labels yourself, especially for allergies, and cook food to safe temperatures. You use recipes at your own risk.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no scraping, and no using it to store or send unlawful content.

We work to keep Sfizo available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, or for losses arising from your reliance on recipe or allergen information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can leave or delete your household at any time from Account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the update.
